In the kitchen: tropical smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Mango juice (freshly made or store bought)
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Pomegranate seeds 
  • Ice cubes (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender
  2. Blend together
  3. Serve in a glass (with ice if you didn’t blend it) and enjoy!

This is best served ice cold and is really refreshing.
